贵州充填工业泵配件膏体充填设备配件充填采矿发展存在的问题及改进措施   从上面的原因可以看出，充填采矿法从某些方面代表了国内外矿山发展的趋势，但是充填采矿的技术研究和应用方面还存在着某些问题，下面笔者对充填采矿发展提出一些粗浅的改进观点，供研讨。   1．创造新型采矿工艺，保证充填质量   充填采矿技术要结合矿山特点，矿床开采技术条件，发明或创造一些与其他采矿技术相结合的新型采矿法。对于缓倾斜极薄矿脉开采，可用矿岩分掘，废石抛掷充填空区，即削壁充填和爆力运矿相结合的采矿法。对于厚大而矿岩较稳固的矿体，可用浅孔和中深孔空场采矿法开采，采后空区采用尾砂胶结、块石胶结或高水材料充填，即阶段连续回采快速充填工艺，既降低成本，又提高效率，也做到对采空区的合理处理。From the above reasons, it can be seen that the filling mining method represents the trend of domestic and foreign mining development in some aspects. However, there are still some problems in the technical research and application of filling mining. Below, the author puts forward some superficial improvement views on the development of filling mining. 1. Create new mining processes to ensure the quality of filling. The filling mining technology should be combined with the characteristics of the mine and the technical conditions of the deposit mining, and invent or create some new mining methods that are combined with other mining technologies. For the mining of gently inclined and extremely thin ore veins, a mining method combining rock excavation, waste rock throwing to fill the fill in the blank area, and blasting force mining can be used. For thick and stable ore bodies, shallow and medium deep hole open-pit mining methods can be used for mining. After mining, the goaf is filled with tailings bonding, block stone bonding, or high water materials, that is, the rapid filling process of stage continuous mining, which not only reduces costs and improves efficiency, but also achieves reasonable treatment of the goaf.
